1980-1987 1970-1979 1960-1969 1950-1959 1944-1949 We are currently adding San Juan County Commission minutes prior to 1989 to our site. The minutes are scanned and read by computer. This process is not foolproof and some errors may escape detection. If you have questions about the minutes please contact the San Juan County Clerk's office at (435)587-3223 or email njohnson@sanjuancounty.org. The minutes will eventually be available in the two formats listed below. Currently only the plain-text html files are available on our web site. 1. Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) files. These files contain scanned images of the minute book pages and will show exactly what the minutes look like. They are much larger than the plan text files below, and will take longer to view. 2. Plain text (.html) files. These files contain only the text of the minutes without any special formatting. They are smaller than the "pdf" files above and can be viewed more quickly.
