San Juan County has an ordinance governing the possession, sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages in the unincorporated limits of San Juan County, Utah.

In addition to the County Application you will be required to include the following:

	The appropriate license fee
	A current beer bond, in favor of San Juan County, in the amount of $2,500
	Server training certification/certificates
	Two personal letters of reference
