TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM COUNTY ROAD FUND TO B ROAD FUND

A motion was made by Commissioner Hazleton, seconded by Commissioner Bartell, and unanimously carried that a transfer of funds be made in the amount of $19,894.86 from County Road Fund to B Road Fund to offset expenditures made in B Road Funds to date.

NO ACTION TAKEN ON JUSTICE OF PEACE FEES

A request that the Justice of Peace fees in the County be adjusted had been made by the Justices of Peace, and was considered. No action was taken.

REQUEST TO ATTEND PEACE OFFICERS CONVENTION

Seth F. Wright, Sheriff, made the request that he attend the Peace Officers Convention in Heber City on June 18, 19, and 20. No action taken.

COUNTY TO TURN SPRAYING OF WEED ALONG HIGHWAYS BACK TO STATE

The Clerk was directed to write to James West, District Engineer, of Price, Utah, that the County would like the State to take care of spraying of weeds along the State Highways within the County.

COUNTY TO ACCEPT OPTION 2 WITH STATE BOARD OF HEALTH IN REGARDS TO THE NURSING PROGRAM WITHIN THE COUNTY

The Board of County Commissioners in connection with the School Board having decided to accept Option No. 2 of the State Board of Health Nursing Program, in which the School Board will pay 30% of the costs of a a nurse, the County 30%, and the State 40%. It was further agreed that the County desires the services of a second nurse within the County and if necessary the School and County to share the costs on an equal basis. The Clerk was directed to write to the State Board of Health stating the Commissioners' desires.

ALL ROADMEN TO BUY TIRES THROUGH BAILEY'S INC.

The Clerk was directed to write to the road foremen that all tires must be ordered through purchasing department from Bailey's Inc.

RENTING OF NURSE'S OFFICE IN BLANDING TO CEASE

The Clerk was directed to write to the Blanding City Clerk that the County will have no more need for a Nurse's Office in Blanding.

Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved, also minutes of the last equalization meeting.
