The Board of County Commissioners met this day in regular session in the Clerk's office. All members and Clerk present.
LAND FOR ROAD SHED
The Clerk was instructed to write Cummings and ask if he would sell a certain piece of land in Blanding. Said land to be used for a yard to store County Road equipment.
WELFARE BOARD
It was moved by Sitton and seconded by Crowley that the Clerk be instructed to write a letter to the state Welfare Board protesting the action in not allow-ing a full time Director for San Juan County, and urge that one be reinstated as it was before San Juan was taken into the district. Carried unanimously. Clerk to send copy of the letter to the Governor.
SAN JUAN COUNTY FAIR BOARD
It was moved by Sitton and seconded by Crowley that the Clerk turn over to the San Juan County Pair Board the $300.00 from the Exhibit Fund that had pre-viously been set up for that purpose.

A motion by Crowley and seconded by Rogers to authorise E. 0. Biggs, County Agent to trade in the old typewriter being aged In the Extension Service office on a new typewriter where he could trade to the best advantage was passed unanim-ously.
LAND SALE CONTRACT
On request of Donald T. Adams, it was moved by Rogers and seconded by Sitton that the contract made June 10, 1944 between San Juan County and F. W. Keller be reinstated and a deed issued upon payment in full. Said contract had been held up because of a blot on the title.

QUANSET BUILDING
J. W. Crowley moved that the County have erected a 40x60 foot Quonset Steel Building to store County road equipment, said building to be placed at the Fair Grounds. The motion was seconded by Rogers and carried unanimously.
SELECTIVE SERVICE OFFICE
Upon motion of Mr. Sitton and seconded by Mr. Rogers it was voted unanimously to let the Selective Service have the office space they are now occupying rent free beginning Sept. 1. Carried
