MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS' MEETING HELD IN SPECIAL SESSION ON MAY 6, 1959 at 2 P. M.

Meeting opened with Commissioners Walton and Hazleton and Clerk present.

This was the day and hour set for reviewing bids for a gravel crusher. The Kimball Equipment Company was the only company to submit its bid, the Lang Company having made its desire to make a bid did not appear at this meeting. The Lang bid which was made on Monday is included below, but no trade-in value was given for the old crusher. By unanimous consent the following bid was approved:

Commissioner Walton signed the contract in behalf of San Juan County, and Mr. N. E. Hainsworth signed in behalf of Kimball Equipment Company.

BEER LICENSE ISSUED TO TRENA WILLIAMS

Trena Williams was present to make application for a retail beer license at the Twin Rocks Store in Bluff, Utah. It was unanimously agreed that upon her posting a bond and paying the necessary fee that a beer license be issued to her. Mrs. Williams made the necessary requirements.
