The Board of County Commissioners met this day in regular session at lO:OO o'clock in the Clerk's office, with N. W. Sitton, L. J. Bartell and Clerk in attendance.

. CEDAR POINT ROADS

A committee composed of P. E Carhart, M. C. Turner and Raymond Carter, from Cedar Point met with the Board in regard to a road program for Cedar Point. It was unanimously agreed that $1000.00 be set aside for grading up the mail route this year, with a recommendation that the succeding Board of County Commissioners carry out a similar program.

SALE OF PIPE

R. A, Holden asked to buy the pipe that the county got from the C.C. Camp in dry valley, It was agreed to sell him 240 feet at 30 cents Per foot.

Land SALE TO URIAH BUTT

In behalf of Uriah Butt, Donald T. Adams submitted a bid of $50.00 for 160 acres of land in Bluff described as follows: NW1/4 SW1/4: Lots 1-2 and 3, Sec. 25, Township 40 South, Range 21 East. This land is mostly in the river.

Moved by Sitton and seconded by Bartell to accept the bid. Carried unaninams-ously to Clerk instructed to make deed.

VALUATION 0F TOWN LOTS

Platte D. Lyman, Assessor, asked the commissioners opinion as to assessing town lots along Main Street at 53.00 per front foot. It was agreed that this was a fair and equatible valuation and Mr. Lyman was endowed to assess this property at the stated price.

Marceleno Alchu

A letter was received from Marceleno Alchu stating that he had been assessed a full years taxes on 1800 head of sheep, which sheep are run in Colorado 7 months of the year. It was decided that these taxes should be reduced one half as an erronous assessment and the clerk was instructed to write Mr. Alchu to that effect.

Power Mower

At the request of Virgil Eastin, care taker, it was decided to buy a power mower.
