The Board of County Commissioners met this day in regular session in the Clerk8s office. All members and Clerk in attendance.

The Commissioners authorized the Chairman to contact the bidders on painting the Court house and to make a deal with them.

It was mved by Sitton and seconded by Crowley to defer action on the letter

from the State Fair Committee. Carried.

Upon a motion by Mr. Sitton

The Clerk was instructed to write the Assessor to meet with the Board at the next meeting to formulate plans for assessing. Seconded by Crowley. Vote unanimous.
