The Board of County Commissioners net this day in the Clerk's office in a regular meeting, it being impossible to meet on the regular day , Jan. 4 due to the roads being blocked by snow. All members were present.

Minutes of previous meetings, November 2., Dec. 7, and Dec. 31 were read and

approved.

LAND TO EDWARD LYMAN

It was unanimously agreed that if Edward Lyman would pay the 175.00 still owing on the land he bought from the County/that the County would give him a deed Land bought under contract.

J. W. CROWLEY

J. W. Crowley the newly elected four year commissioner and N. W. Sitton the two year commissioner were sworn in and their bonds approved.

CHAIRMAN

It was moved by Rogers and seconded by Crowley that N. W. Sitton be appointed Chairman of the board for the next two years. Carried.

It was voted unanimously to hold the regular meetings of the Board on the first Tuesday of each month as heretofore.
