Monticello, Utah April 5, 19

The Board of County Commissioners met this day in regular session at

10:00 o'clock A. M. in the Clerk's office. All members and the Clerk in attend-ance.

Ross Musselman told of his visit to the Utah Field House of Natural History at Vernal, and suggested that the County sponsor an exhibit htere. It was moved by Rogers and seconded by Crowley that Mr. Musselman be appointed Chairman of a Committee to arrange such an exhibit, he to work with E. 0 Biggs, County agent. The sum of $100.00 was set up for placing the exhibit, said sum to be taken from the Exhibit Fund. Carried unanimously.

It was moved by Crowley and seconded by Rogers that when the B & C Road money comes that it be deposited in the Dove Creek State Bank, providing that the County Attorney decides that it is legal to do so. Other County moneys to be deposited in the Moab State Bank. Carried unanimously.

A motion was made by Crowley and seconded by Rogers that should it become necessary to keep the County Hospital running that the tax levy for that pur-pose be raised to 3 mills. Vote unanimous.

It was decided to order the following size culverts from the White Pipe Company, Ogden, 30 - 10" x 20"; 10-12" x 20" ; 6 - 18'' x 20'. to be delivered at Monticello.

Ralph Riddle applied for a license to sell beer at the Log Cabin Tavern: On motion by Mr. Sitton and seconded by Mr. Rogers it was voted to defer action on the application for thirty days.
