Monticello , Utah Nov. 19, 1948

The Board of County Commissioners met in special Session with Army Engineers, a representative of the Soil Conservation Service, and Chas. Redd a member of the Utah Water Board present, also representatives of the citizens of Bluff.

After it was agreed that the $5000.00 raised by Bluff Citizens, County and the State be transferred to San Juan County to be held in special fund for maintenance of the Bluff River project the following resolution was adopted: Resolution Attached.
