The Board of County Commissioners met this day as an Equalization Board in the Clerk's office. N. W. Sitton, John D. Rogers and the Clerk in Attendance, also the Assessor, Platte D. Lyman.

The following changes and adjustments were made:

Max Dalton Notice 1 , Line 4, reduce the valuation of land in NE1/4 Sec. 15

T. 35 S., R. 26 E. from $352.00 to $320.00

Max Dalton Notice 2, Line 2 improved land to 40 acres unimproved, Sec. 2. T. 35 S., R 26 E.

Max Dalton Notice 3, Line 3, reduce number of acres from 160 to 118.

Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, Sec. 2, T 35 S. , R. 26 E.

Max Dalton Notice 4, Line 3, change 47 acres dry improved land and 30 acres

irrigated to 40 acres dry improved and 7 acres irrigated and 30 acres improved

pasture; values $280, $140 and $210.

Hyrum Stevens Notice 5, Line - remove improvements of value of $102.

Ward Palmer Assess with 26 head of cows @ $28 per head; one bull @ $50.00

Edson Palmer Remove 2 milk cows as erronously assessed

Robert C. Motley Remove cattle as erronously assessed.

Shirley Thompson reduce valuation of property $1000.00 as erronous.

C. W. Thompson reduce value of improvements $467.00.

Clarence Perkins Notice 7 line 3 Change 21 acres irrigated land to 3 acres grazing land @ $6.00 and 15 acres waste land.
